We finally got everything moved! Wednesday night we took the train to the East side of the NL to rent a huge moving van and pick up a ton of furniture from Naomi's mom. Thursday we tried on our wedding attire and loaded up the van. Then we drove it to her Dad's to get some more things. Then to Rotterdam. It was a long day. Friday we unloaded it all and filled it up again with the stuff from the Wolfert House. Good thing we got those days off of school...because it was during the week we got a 50% discount on the van!
Saturday Naomi's mom and significant other came with a trailer filled with more furniture which we dropped off and picked some beds up from a colleague and some stuff from the Wolfert house. They spent the night and the next morning, Sunday, we packed everything up that was left and hauled the final load over. They left around 4 and we ended up working until 1 in the morning to prepare things for Naomi's birthday (today) which is also Queen's day (a national holiday) and the day my sister comes to visit! Things are taking shape but there is still a lot to wrap up. For the rest of the day we will enjoy ourselves in the sunshine. The mess can wait for tomorrow.
